Moto 2, Romano Fenati: “Il feeling con la moto è migliorato molto e le sensazioni sono positive.
Settima fila per Tony, quinta per Romano ma, in realtà, le moto sono a punto e i piloti sono pronti. La gara dovrà consistere in una partenza perfetta e una rimonta costante per entrambi, ma le condizioni per far bene ci sono. Nel week end, Romano Fenati e la squadra hanno lavorato per migliorare il feeling in frenata e l’agilità della moto e il pilota di Ascoli, ora, si sente a posto e questo è importante. In qualifica ha sempre girato da solo e probabilmente gli è mancato un po’ quel riferimento che gli avrebbe consentito di fare un ulteriore step in avanti. Due caschi rossi per Tony all’ultimo giro, prima di essere tamponato da Migno al T3 e di buttar via l’occasione di partire tra i primi. Chiude ventesimo, in settima fila, e dovrà fare una gara d’attacco per non lasciare andare via i primi. Il ritmo, il pilota di Garbagnate lo ha acquisito ma dovrà impegnarsi parecchio in gara.
Romano Fenati: “Il feeling con la moto è migliorato molto e le sensazioni sono positive. La qualifica è stata un po’ in ombra perché ho girato quasi sempre da solo e senza riferimenti. Domani cercheremo di fare una bella partenza una gara in rimonta”.
Tony Arbolino: “Durante la qualifica siamo rimasti, forse, troppo tempo in pista con le gomme da bagnato. Una volta rientrati tutti con le slick mi sono sentito subito bene e ho spinto tanto, riuscendo a migliorare. Purtroppo, durante l’ultimo giro utile, quando stavo abbassando ancora il tempo, Migno mi ha tamponato alla curva 13. Peccato perché potevamo partire davanti. Ad ogni modo la gara è domani. Sarà dura ma dobbiamo impostare un gran recupero per cercare di chiudere nelle posizioni che contano”!

Tony Arbolino: “During the qualifying we stayed, maybe, too much time out with the rain tires.
