Romano Fenati: “Nel pomeriggio la moto scivolava rispetto a questa mattina.

Oggi, Tony Arbolino compie gli anni (19) e il regalo se lo è fatto da solo. Al team non resta che sparargli una torta in faccia questa sera. Per ottenere questa pole da stratosfera, l’arbonauta ha inanellato caschi rossi a ripetizione, dando ben poche speranze agli avversari. Pronto a sbarcare sulla luna. Bene ma non benissimo Romano Fenati, comunque undicesimo e pronto alla gara.  La moto dell’ascolano scivolava e non gli ha consentito di ripetere i tempi di questa mattina sull’acqua, ma la quarta fila non è male, in una gara che si preannuncia di gruppo come le altre. 

Tony Arbolino: “È bellissimo tornare in pole e sono contento per il feeling. Questa mattina la moto scivolava dietro ed ero un po’ preoccupato ma abbiamo lavorato tanto e, alla fine, abbiamo ottenuto il miglior tempo. È sempre importante partire davanti in Moto3 e domani daremo il massimo”.

Romano Fenati: “Nel pomeriggio la moto scivolava rispetto a questa mattina. C’era molta più acqua in pista e, in 15 minuti, non siamo riusciti a modificare il setting per il bagnato. Ho cercato di prendere un buon ritmo all’inizio ma non è bastato. Domani scatteremo dalla quarta fila, ma cercheremo di fare il meglio per la gara“.

Today, Tony Arbolino is nineteen and he gave the present to himself. The team only has to “shoot” a pie in his face tonight. To get this stratospheric pole position, the “Arbonaut” got a series of red helmets, giving few hopes to rivals. He’s ready to land on the moon. Good but not too good for Romano Fenati, anyway he’s eleventh and ready for the race. The bike of the rider from Ascoli was slipping and didn’t allow him to repeat the times of this morning on wet conditions. The fourth row is not bad in an expected group race.

Tony Arbolino: “It’s always great to get the pole position and I am happy about the feeling. This morning I was a little bit worried as the rear was slipping but then we worked hard and, at the end, we got the best time. In Moto3 it’s important to start ahead and tomorrow we’ll give our best “.

Romano Fenati: “This afternoon the bike was slipping a lot compared to this morning. The conditions were worst and, in 15 minutes, we couldn’t modify the set up for the wet. I tried to take a good pace at the beginning but it was not enough. Tomorrow we’ll start from the fourth row, but we’ll do our best for the race“.
