Romano Fenati: “È stata una bella gara, ricca di sorpassi e mi sono divertito

Ci ha provato in tutti i modi, Tony Arbolino, a tenere il più aperto possibile il campionato del mondo della classe cadetta. Ci ha messo grinta e cuore e ha guidato oltre le difficoltà. Ma non è bastato, oggi, in una gara di gruppo tiratissima, con tanti sorpassi e scontri dal primo all’ultimo giro. Dopo una buona partenza, sono bastate poche curve al pilota di Garbagnate per guadagnare le posizioni di vertice. Tony ha lottato per la vittoria fino al quindicesimo giro quando un contatto con il solito Binder gli ha fatto perdere podio e ultime speranze. Alla fine taglierà il traguardo nono.
Buonissima prestazione di Romano Fenati che, dopo l’infortunio al polso, torna a fare show in gara. L’ascolano parte bene e si piazza nelle prime posizioni. Perde la testa della gara nella fase centrale ma recupera nel finale fino a 3 giri dal termine. Romano chiude dodicesimo, ma si rivede davanti ed è autore del giro veloce.

Tony Arbolino: “È stata una gara difficile da gestire perché facevo un po’ fatica a sorpassare in frenata. Alla fine, ogni weekend riusciamo a superare i problemi che incontriamo e a stare lì davanti e questo è quello che conta”.

Romano Fenati: “È stata una bella gara, ricca di sorpassi e mi sono divertito anche se speravamo in un esito diverso. Purtroppo alcuni contatti all’inizio e sul finale di gara hanno compromesso quello che poteva essere un bel risultato. Andiamo in Malesia motivati e consapevoli delle nostre potenzialità”.

Excellent performance for Romano Fenati who, after the wrist injury, came back showing his potentialities in the race, The rider from Ascoli started well and gained the first positions. He lost the head of the race in the central part but recovered in the final until 3 laps to the end. Romano closed twelfth, but we saw him ahead again and was author of the fastest lap.

Tony Arbolino: “It was a difficult race to handle as I had some difficulties in overtaking in braking. At the end, every weekend we solved the problems we meet and stay ahead unless everything and this is the most important thing. We never give up“.

Romano Fenati: “It was a great race, full of overtakes and I had fun even if we hopes in a different end. Unfortunately some contacts at the beginning and in the final part of the race compromised what could be a good result. We go to Malaysia now motivated and aware of our potentialities“.
